- I enjoy walking our two dogs near Lake Herman. We have a 3 month old puppy and it is funny to watch her splash the water. As a family we enjoy sailing in the Straits, down to SF, or Santa Cruz! I also enjoy mountain biking and spent several months in the AZ desert this spring exploring trails. I have done a lot of traveling and like living in other cultures...after about 6 months though I do start to miss the comforts of the US!

I watched this on tv and was wondering what the sound system was like in a venue of that size. It looked like a big party. Did you bring any momentos back?

These are great pictures Shelly! How exciting it must have been to be at the convention. How did you manage it? Can you just buy tickets and go? This election year is so exciting, and frightening at the same time. I just don't know what I'll do if Obama doesn't win!
